This is a map, not a mandate. The AI Operator is a coaching program first — the phases below give you the sequence, but your 1:1 sessions go wherever your business needs to go.
Who's in the Room
Cohort 1 is intentionally cross-disciplinary. The point isn't that everyone in the room is solving the same problem — it's that no two operators are. You'll learn as much from the room as you will from the curriculum.
This is built like a brotherhood / sisterhood — an accountability circle that keeps going long after the 90 days end. You'll meet future cohort members, stay in the group chat, send each other deals, and quietly become each other's unfair advantage.
